6 PM at the Old Dairy Building (7606 NE 11th Avenue between Columbia and Lombard)

Learn everything you need to know about "Development"

Our meeting will cover:
productive idea-stage brainstorming
story mapping
character background
story ideas (fleshing-out for shooting)
synopsis
resourcefulness in story creation
outline and...
treatment!!

We'll offer hints for working through:
opposing creative ideas
conflicting egos
tension and stress
movie politics and...
how to avoid "development hell"!!

All "one-time" attendees get a swag bag with $50 meeting fee.

All folks registering for the entire series will receive a media-pack from Late Bloomer Productions and other media industry companies including FujiFilm and Sony (full of useful information, goodies, and supplies to help in your movie-making future!!!)

Week 5 - Shooting Schedule/Production Planning
Week 6 - Shooting
Week 7 - Editing and Post
Week 8 - Wrap and Premiere

Participants will co-create and co-own a finished film!! $50 per session, $300 pre-registration for entire series. This workshop series is for beginning and intermediate filmmakers. Everyone will get a copy of the film for their personal use. To pre-register, email latebloomerproductions@gmail.com and ask for a form.

at the Firehouse Cultural Center (5340 N. Interstate)
11 am to 4 pm
